Adam Franklin
Adam is Eclipse Wholesale’s Technical Director and has been with us for over 16 years now. Adam is responsible for all things product based, our internal systems, billing, and the maintenance and upkeep of our Eclipse Self-Service Portal. Adam has been in the IT and Telecoms industry since 2003 and has worked as a customer support supervisor at an outsourced call centre for 1&1 Internet, as well as a 2nd level email server support at British Airways. Outside of work, you’ll find Adam in a chef’s hat and apron developing his Neapolitan pizza-making skills and spending quality time with his two sons.
