Liam joined our customer support team in 2025 as our Service Desk Lead, bringing over seven years of experience in the telecoms industry. He has previously held roles in technical support and provisioning, working with business broadband, cloud-hosted and mobile solutions. His key responsibilities at Eclipse Wholesale include provisioning and support while ensuring we maintain our high standard of customer service. 

 

Outside of work, Liam is a keen sports fan, particularly football and holds a season ticket for Sunderland Football Club. He enjoys staying active by going to the gym and spending time with his six pets, including four cats and two Pomeranian dogs!
