As we step into 2025, we reflect on an incredible year of growth and commitment to our partners. The momentum we’ve built in 2024 sets the stage for an even more exciting year ahead. Here’s a look at what’s in store for Eclipse Wholesale in 2025. 
2024 was a year to remember for Eclipse Wholesale. We celebrated two decades in business while achieving record-breaking growth, with our turnover increasing by 26% and our partner base expanding by 48%. Additionally, we celebrated our first full year of operations in Scotland, reinforcing our commitment to the region. 
With increasing revenues, a growing team and a constantly evolving product portfolio, Eclipse Wholesale is well-positioned for sustained success in 2025. A key focus for us remains our Eclipse Self-Service (ESS) Portal, which continues to enhance partner experience and streamline operations. Additionally, we are investing heavily in employee training and engagement to ensure our team remains at the forefront of the industry. Three members of the Eclipse Wholesale team are undertaking and representatives from all departments participate in regular training sessions with suppliers. Professional and personal development is not only encouraged but also crucial to our ongoing success. 
 
Our product portfolio also saw significant growth in 2024. The introduction of 8x8 services was met with great enthusiasm,  
Our team has seen remarkable growth, with our sales team doubling and our customer service team nearly tripling in 2024. This has enabled us to provide better support and solutions to our partners. Looking ahead, we’re eager to continue welcoming new talent and strengthening our capabilities throughout the year. 
 
We were thrilled to announce Guide Dogs as our Charity of the Year at the end of 2024. Throughout the year we will be taking part in numerous fundraising activities with the end goal of naming a guide dog puppy. Our fundraising has got off to a flying start with over £1,000 in the pot and we can’t wait to build on our partnership with Guide Dogs and see the positive impact our efforts will make. 
achieving rapid uptake with over 439 licences sold by the second quarter. Mobile services also experienced notable expansion, with Eclipse Wholesale now offering solutions across all major networks. 
 
Towards the end of 2024, we launched an exciting connectivity incentive programme, offering resellers prizes worth up to £1,500. Running until March 2025, this initiative has been a fantastic way to reward our partners for their continued support and success. We look forward to continuing such programmes in 2025. 
 
Our ambition to become the UK’s leading channel wholesaler for small to medium-sized partners remains the same. By expanding our offerings in connectivity, unified communications and mobile services and supporting our partners in transitioning from legacy services to modern solutions through our 2025 Switch Off project, we are confident we can achieve that success. 
 
2025 will be another busy year for Eclipse Wholesale as we participate in key industry events, including trade shows, awards and networking opportunities. We will also be hosting our own events with the aim of adding value and giving back to our dedicated partners. These events will allow us to connect with partners, stay ahead of industry trends and share our expertise. 
 
We can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store. With a growing team, a strong vision and a continued commitment to our partners, the future is looking brighter than ever.
