At Eclipse Wholesale, continuous growth and development, both personally and professionally, is at the core of our business. We believe in investing in talent and providing opportunities for our team to develop their skills whilst gaining valuable industry experience. That’s why apprenticeships are an essential part of our growth strategy. 
Currently, four of our team members have either completed or are actively undertaking apprenticeships, helping them build strong foundations for long-term careers. 
 
Bryce’s Journey from Apprentice to Degree Student 
Bryce joined Eclipse Wholesale in 2021 as an apprentice Service Desk Coordinator, responsible for provisioning and support. After successfully completing his Level 3 Information Communication Technician apprenticeship, he decided to take his development further and is now pursuing a bachelor’s degree in project management. 
Bryce shares: 
“Eclipse Wholesale has really supported my growth and development since I joined over three years ago. After completing my Level 3 course, I wanted to continue my education and develop my role at Eclipse. A project management degree was the best way forward” 
 
Tom’s Experience as Business Administration Apprentice 
Tom joined Eclipse Wholesale in 2024 as an apprentice Service Desk Coordinator. In his role, he manages communications between customers and suppliers, ensuring timely updates on maintenance queries. He is currently undertaking a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship and is on track to complete it this year. 
Tom says: 
“Apprenticeships are a great way to boost skills and knowledge while working. I’ve learned a lot from my apprenticeship so far and get to apply it to real-life scenarios each day.” 
 
Olivia’s Marketing Development 
Olivia joined Eclipse Wholesale in September 2021 and is responsible for all marketing and communications activities. She started as an apprentice, completing a Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship in 2023. 
Reflecting on her experience, Olivia says: 
“Joining Eclipse straight from university, I was eager to continue my learning, improve my knowledge and gain real-life industry experience while putting it all into practice” 
 
Ben’s Apprenticeship Journey 
Ben joined Eclipse Wholesale in 2024 as a Service Desk Coordinator, responsible for customer service, order management and fault resolution. He is currently completing a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship and is preparing for his end-point assessment. 
Ben explains: 
“I joined Eclipse halfway through my apprenticeship and have been able to put my learning to work while also developing my skills in the customer support role.”
