Eclipse Wholesale Marks 20th Anniversary in the Sand

Eclipse Wholesale is celebrating a remarkable milestone this September – our 20th anniversary. Established in 2004 by Managing Director, James Drake, Eclipse Wholesale has evolved into a key player in the telecoms industry, with a focus on our channel-only partner programme. To commemorate this achievement, the Eclipse Wholesale team collaborated with sand artist, Claire Eason, from Soul2Sand to create an impressive 80-foot masterpiece in the sand at Beadnell Bay.
This celebration follows on from Eclipse Wholesale’s most successful financial year to date, marked by a 26% increase in revenue. We have also expanded our team by 33% and welcomed 48% more partners, perfectly representing the growth and success that has driven us to reach this significant milestone.
The decision to celebrate in this unique way was heavily influenced by one of Eclipse Wholesale's core values – teamwork. Every member played a crucial role in bringing the sand masterpiece to life, highlighting the importance of each individual in our collective success over the last two decades. The whole team worked side by side to create this stunning artwork enjoying the experience as a group.

In addition to the sand art project, Eclipse Wholesale will host a special 20th anniversary event in Newcastle next month. The celebration, supported by event sponsors and long-standing partners Zen, 8x8, ITS and Zest4, will feature entertainment, food and drinks, and providing an opportunity for Eclipse Wholesale to express their gratitude to employees, partners, vendors and friends for their unwavering support over the past two decades.
