James Drake
James is Eclipse Wholesale’s Managing Director and founded the company in 2004. He began his professional career in the legal sector after achieving two bachelor’s degrees in law, before transitioning into telecommunications, where he has built a career spanning more than 30 years. James entered the industry as a Telecommunication Technician and later moved into sales, where he has spent the majority of his career. His extensive industry knowledge, hands-on experience and strong focus on relationships have been key in Eclipse Wholesale recently celebrating over 20 years in business. Under his leadership, Eclipse has built long-standing vendor relationships and an experienced team, with over half of them holding five years’ service or more.
Outside of work, you’ll find James spending time with his wife and their golden retriever, Maple, hitting the trails cycling or enduring the highs and lows (mainly lows) of supporting Everton.
