Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Internal Account Manager located in Gateshead. The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, identifying new opportunities within the existing customer base, maintaining customer satisfaction, and collaborating with sales, support, marketing, and billing teams to deliver top-quality service to customers.

Skills and Experience
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales or account management
Ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
Knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
